1:15  Motion fails

1:17  President Sorenson: what do we want more information of 7-12?

          Dr. Noon:  yes

1:18  Dr. Noon request Option #1 be discussed – told no


1:26  Ask legal council if they can make a motion to amend the failed motion, told only if the prevailing side suggests and it is different that the failed motion.

1:30  VP Mackey: calls for a recess

1:31   President Sorensen stands over Ms. Frommherz

1:34   President Sorensen stands over Ms. Frommherz again

1:38   Dr. Siddon comes and talks to her, then Mayor Weldon stands over her
